ReadMyLand generates terrain analysis reports from publicly available satellite elevation data, climate records, and orthophotos. Reports include suitability scores, a written assessment, analysis maps, and actionable flags.
A data-driven terrain analysis based on satellite and elevation data. Every claim in the report traces back to computed terrain, climate, or vegetation metrics.
The report is not a substitute for professional surveying, soil testing, legal due diligence, or an on-site inspection. It does not assess soil conditions, legal constraints, zoning, water rights, or access road conditions. We always recommend an on-site inspection before a major purchase or development decision.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Compare (€490) includes a voucher code for one additional terrain report (two reports total — the first is unlocked at checkout, the second redeemable via voucher code for any property worldwide). Decisive (€1,490) includes vouchers for four additional reports (five total).
By entering your email address and clicking “Send” on any email capture form, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your preview, purchase, and voucher code, and you consent to occasional product updates. Full refund within 30 days of purchase if the report does not meet your expectations. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order reference.
The source data used in reports (national DEMs, orthophotos, NASA POWER climate reanalysis) is public domain or openly licensed. You may use the maps and report content in client reports, design presentations, or planning applications. The ReadMyLand brand, logo, and scoring methodology remain our intellectual property.
ReadMyLand provides terrain analysis as an informational tool. We are not liable for decisions made based on the report. The report reflects what satellite and elevation data shows at the time of generation. Terrain conditions, vegetation, and climate patterns may change.
